Please find attached two well permit <br /> applications, site plans, and encroachment permits. I have also attached two checks for$89.00. <br /> 1) Fountain park on Oak Ave: <br /> We plan on drilling an investigative boring (mud rotary)to approximately 250'. We plan to take <br /> samples every 10 feet from 50 to 250 feet, and run an a-log in the open borehole. Depending on <br /> what we find,we may install a well at this location. <br /> 2) Community Center parking area on Acacia Ave. <br /> We plan to drill an investigative boring (mud rotary) to approximately 250'. We plan to take <br /> samples every 10 feet from 30 to 250 feet, and run an a-log in the open borehole. We will seal the <br /> bottom of the boring to approximately 170' and install a well screened in the C2 zone. <br /> We have contracted West Hazmat to drill and install the well(s) and would like to commence the work on <br /> Monday morning, March 1st, continuing until it is complete.
