Yes,there is a Work Plan and a Work Plan approval letter. I just <br /> downloaded both documents from Geotracker and attached them for the County's review. (Ms. Ellsaesser was <br /> copied on the Work Plan but apparently not the approval letter,which the Board sent to Donna Heran's <br /> attention instead). Note that the maps in the Work Plan do not show specific locations. However,the maps <br /> accompanying the permit applications do show specific locations. <br /> When I submit my three permit applications,they will be submitted as three individual PDFs. Each PDF- <br /> application will have:a permit application completely filled out, an MFR form, a Licensed Contractor Declaration, <br /> a map of boring locations, and either a private access agreement or copy of City encroachment permit. <br /> We were hoping to start drilling on September 7, and are still waiting on the City encroachment permit. The <br /> CRWQCB approval letter was dated August 2 and requested a start date prior to August 31. We have on file ONE Master File Record <br /> form (MFR)for "Ripon Auto Body, 807 West 5th Street"dated August 17 wherein you added <br /> "FORM INCOMPLETE - FOR EXAMPLE ONLY".... complete forms will be needed before we <br /> can issue. <br /> I understand the applications, Licensed Contractor Declaration (LCD) and additional MFR(s) <br /> will be 'emailed' to the EHD.
