The <br /> access agreement for this property is included in the permit application. The second permit is for the <br /> installation of two wells on Nestle's own property. And the third application is for one well installation in <br /> a street (Fifth Street) in Ripon. We are currently seeking an encroachment permit from the City of Ripon <br /> and will forward this permit to you immediately upon it's receipt. <br /> Would you please let me know how much of a fee we owe for these three applications?
