Regional Water Board staff concurs with the recommendations presented in Section 5 of <br /> the ECM Startup Report, provided Nestle continues to perform groundwater and <br /> remediation system monitoring, sampling, and reporting in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Monitoring and Reporting Program No. R5-2005-0829, issued by the <br /> Regional Water Board on 21 July 2005. <br /> 2. Nestle should present evaluations of the treatment system performance in the monthly <br /> and quarterly reports, and if necessary, propose modifications to the system parameters, <br /> including pumping rates, to verify capture of the onsite dissolved TCE plume in <br /> groundwater. <br /> 3. Required Action Number 14'of the Cleanup and Abatement Order also directs Nestle to <br /> implement remedial actions to fully contain/capture the TCE plume in the Upper Aquifer <br /> Zone originating from the Stockton Avenue source area. This action was due by. <br /> 30 June 2007.
