Petitioner's Requested Action by the State Board <br /> Petitioner respectfully requests that the State Board determine that the Regional <br /> Board's action in issuing the Order was inappropriate and improper, and that it assume <br /> the powers of the Regional Board to amend the Order in accordance with this petition and <br /> applicable law. Petitioner requests the State Board to hold in abeyance this petition for <br /> review and request for hearing pending further discussions between Petitioner and the <br /> Regional Board.
