A schedule has been <br /> established in this CAO which parallels the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation <br /> and Liability Act (CERCLA) process. You are, in part, required to submit a Feasibility Study (FS) <br /> Report which evaluates the potential remedial action alternatives for the cleanup of the soil and <br /> ground water contamination at your site. You are required to use best practicable treatment or <br /> control to achieve the aquifer cleanup levels for the constituents of concern established in this CAO. <br /> The schedule also requires that a Ground Water Monitoring Plan be submitted which shall be used <br /> for optimization of the ground water monitoring program. <br /> The first compliance date in the CAO is 1 December 1993.
