This well is <br /> required by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Hoard (CVRWQCB) as part of ongoing remedial activities of organic <br /> chemical in the upper aquifers in the area . <br /> Spectrum Drilling, has been retained by Nestle Beverage to drill <br /> il this monitoring well, and they aro being provided with engineering <br /> and hydrogoological expertise by the consulting firm of Applied <br /> Environmental. Both of these firms carry all appropriate <br /> 'ij',, insurance coverage for this type of work. <br /> This monitoring well will be located just wort of the tact <br /> ^, boundary, and south of the electrical pole on your property at <br /> Stockton Street in Ripon, CA, and identified as Parcel 259-320-26 <br /> on the assessor's map. This well will be drilled to a depth of <br /> : 01 25 feet, approximately 3-4 feet above the water table. The wall <br /> will be finished off flush to the ground and will be locked to <br /> prevent unauthorized access. <br /> Copies of all well drilling/logging data and analytical results <br /> that are submitted to the CVRWQC9 will also be forwarded to you <br /> upon request. <br /> Nestle Beverage agrees to indemnify you from any loss or expense <br /> arising out of drilling, operating, and maintaining of this <br /> monitoring well on your Ripon property, as contemplated by this <br /> letter. <br /> r. <br /> Please acknowledge your approval for spectrum Drilling/ pp <br /> A lied <br /> Environmental to install the above-referenced monitoring well on <br /> your property by signing on the next page and returning a copy of <br /> this letter to my attention at 230 Industrial Ave. , Ripon, CA <br /> 95366 .
