WHF adequately <br /> addresses my comments. Therefore, during my 1 August 1994 telephone conversation with Mr. <br /> Michael Kloberdanz of WHF, I verbally approved the work plan. This letter confirms that verbal <br /> approval. <br /> Please inform me at least 48 hours prior to field work so that I may present to observe and/or split <br /> samples.
