Based on our review the proposed Work Plan appears to incorporate the modifications discussed <br /> in our letters of 10 September 1997 and 17 July 1997. We have no further comments at this time and <br /> concur with SVE System Work Plan. <br /> We look forward to the start-up of the SVE system and continuation of site cleanup efforts.
