The 1st application was sent <br /> via email on Tuesday November 15. That 1st application was for one private property CPT boring. This <br /> second application is for the remaining CPT borings,all located in City of Ripon Rights-of-Way. The City <br /> of Ripon Encroachment Permit was received this morning and is attached in the application package. I <br /> sent the MFR already with the first application, but attached it again to accompany this application as <br /> well. <br /> Proposed drilling date is December 12, 2011,to accommodate the November RWQCB directive to <br /> complete drilling by end of 2011. <br /> This completes all of Nestle's pending submittals for this drilling job.
