(EC M) <br /> has prepared the Second Quarter 2015 Site Status Report for the former Nestle facility <br /> located at 230 Industrial Avenue (Site) in Ripon, C alifornia ( Figure 1). This report <br /> presents the results of groundwater monitoring performed at the Site and vicinity from <br /> April through June 2 015. Bel ow is the summary of th e field work completed during <br /> Second Quarter 2015 in compliance with Monitoring and Reporting Program R5-2014- <br /> 0815 (MRP R5-2014-0815). <br /> • On April 27, 2015: <br /> o ECM measured water levels at 132 we IIs including six Diamond Pet Food <br /> Processor of Ripon LLC (Diamond) wells. <br /> o Stantec, Inc. measured water levels at nine City of Ripon piezom eters, 11 <br /> City of Ripon municipal wells, and three City of Ripon monitoring wells. <br /> • Between April 2 and June 23 2015, ECM collected v olatile organic compound <br /> (VOC) samples from: <br /> o One hundred thirteen (113) Nestle monitoring wells (56 Upper Aquifer wells, <br /> 38 1 ntermediate Aquifer wells, and 19 Lower Aquif er well s) us ing Pas sive <br /> Diffusion Bags, <br /> o Three active Nestle extraction wells (EI-1 and EU-4), <br /> o Ten City of Ripon production wells (MW-3, MW-5, MW-7, MW-9, MW-10, <br /> MW-11, MW-13, MW-14, MW-16, and MW-18), <br /> 1 <br />
