(Nestle), ECM Consultants (ECM) has prepared the Third Quarter 2017 Site Status Report for the former Nestle facility located at 230 Industrial Avenue (Site) in Ripon, California (Figure 1). This report presents the results of groundwater monitoring from July through September 2017. The field work completed during Third Quarter 2017 complied with Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) R5- 2014-0815 (revised February 2017) and is summarized below. • On July 5, 2017: o ECM measured water levels at 143 wells including six Diamond Pet Food Processor of Ripon LLC (Diamond) wells and nine City of Ripon piezometers. o The City of Ripon measured water levels at 11 City of Ripon municipal wells, and three City of Ripon monitoring wells. • Between July 11 and September 6, 2017, ECM collected samples for analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from: o Seventeen (17) Nestle monitoring wells (8 Upper Aquifer wells, 8 Intermediate Aquifer Wells, and 1 Lower Aquifer Well) using Passive Diffusion Bags (PDBs), o Two Nestle extraction wells (EU-5 and EU-6), o Four City of Ripon operating production wells (MW-3, MW-7, MW-10, and MW-11), o One public irrigation wells (RPS-1), o One private potable well (RC-1), o Four domestic wells (361 Parallel Avenue, 5724 Hall Road, 7971 Kiernan Avenue, and 1051 Robert Avenue), and o Three domestic wells with treatment system (5725 Hall Road, 7501 Kiernan 1
