(Nestle), ECM Consultants (ECM) has prepared the <br /> Second Quarter 2018 Site Status Report for the former Nestle facility located at 230 <br /> Industrial Avenue (Site) in Ripon, California (Figure 1). This report presents the results <br /> of groundwater monitoring from April through June 2018. The field work completed <br /> during Second Quarter 2018 complied with Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) <br /> R5-2014-0815 (revised February 2017) and is summarized below. <br /> • On April 2, 2018: <br /> o ECM measured water levels at 141 wells including six Diamond Pet Food <br /> Processor of Ripon LLC (Diamond) wells and nine City of Ripon <br /> piezometers. <br /> o The City of Ripon measured water levels at 11 City of Ripon municipal wells, <br /> and three City of Ripon monitoring wells. <br /> • Between April 3 and June 5, 2018, ECM collected samples for analysis of volatile <br /> organic compounds (VOCs) from: <br /> o Ninety-one (89) Nestle monitoring wells (37 Upper Aquifer wells, 36 <br /> Intermediate Aquifer Wells, and 16 Lower Aquifer Well) using Passive <br /> Diffusion Bags (PDBs), <br /> o Two Nestle extraction wells (EU-5 and EU-6), <br /> o Five City of Ripon operating production wells (MW-3, MW-5, MW-7, MW- <br /> 10, and MW-11), <br /> o Eight Diamond Pet Food wells (PW-6, PW-8, TH-1, TH-7, TH-8, TH-9, TH- <br /> 10, and TH-11), <br /> o Two public irrigation wells (CalTrans, RPS-1) and one private irrigation well <br /> (RC-2), <br /> o One private potable well (RC-1), <br /> 1 <br />
