COMPLAINANT AND 1 MALE CHILD BECAME ILL APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS <br /> LATER WITH SYMPTOMS OF NAUSEA AND VOMITING. COMPLAINANT CONSUMED CARNITAS ENCHALADAS. <br /> MALE CHILD CONSUMED A BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITO. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 2-door(prep)--41.00°F Walk-in--41.00°F <br /> Beans--183.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Owner was not aware of complaint. Facility receives food from Cargill weekly, Stockton Trading every 2 weeks and <br /> Del Campo weekly. All employees receive food safety training and no employees work at any other food or high risk facility. <br /> Employees consumer food made on site. No employees have been ill or out of the country. Facility serves about 20 burritos <br /> a day and about 10 enchiladas. All chemicals are properly stored. Facility needs a sanitizer bucket as soon as food prep <br /> starts. Corrected. All hand sinks and restrooms are supplied. Observed improper cooling. Corrected. Some knives stored <br /> in between equipment. Keep all utensils in a cleanable location. Correct today. All refrigerators and steam tables have <br /> proper temperatures. Food uncovered and on the floor in the walk-in. Correct today.
