Mohr--Fry Ranches <br /> 950 Industrial Drive, Stockton, California <br />' Bioremediation Report <br />' 1.0 Project Identification <br /> This project involved the bioremediation of approximately 1,304 cubic yards of soil <br />' formerly removed from the underground storage tank facility at the Mohr-Fry Ranches <br /> property The property has a physical address known as 950 Industrial Drive, Stockton, <br /> California(Figure 1) <br /> I <br />' Z.0 Site Description and History <br /> The Mohr-Fry Ranches property is approximately 2 8 acres with an 11,000 square feet, <br /> concrete, tilt-up building located on the site premises An asphalt parking area and an <br /> office addition is located on the north side of the property All soil during the <br /> bioremediation process was completely contained in a treatment cell located on the south <br /> side of the site property (Figure 2) <br /> On February 8, 1991, under required perrmt, SEMCO, a licensed hazardous substances <br /> removal and remediation contractor, removed Mohr-Fry's fuel facility, which consisted of <br /> four(4)underground diesel storage tanks (UST's) Three of these UST's had a volumetric <br /> capacity of 550 gallons, while the other had a volume of 4,000 gallons Sod sampling <br /> conducted under each of the three smaller tanks disclosed concentrations of Diesel, <br /> Toluene, Xylene and Ethyl Benzene Detectable levels of Diesel were identified in the soul <br /> samples taken under each end of the 4,000 gallon UST <br /> I A Phase I Site Investigation was conducted in February 1992 b VaN Inc This included <br /> g �Y Y <br /> the drilling of two (2) soil bongs through each of the two former tank excavations <br /> IWater samples were checked for floating product and analyzed for the constituents <br /> previously found during the tank removal, as mentioned above It was demonstrated that <br /> all of the soil samples were non-detect for Diesel, Benzene, Ethyl Benzene and Xylenes <br /> A soil sample taken at 40 feet b g 1 , from under the three smaller tanks (B 140'), tested <br /> 9 8 gg/kg Toluene Water in boring B-1 was encountered at approximately 51 feet in <br /> depth <br /> Soli samples taken from boring B-2 detected Toluene in varying concentrations Water <br /> samples tested non detect for Diesel,Benzene, Toluene, Xylenes, and Ethyl-Benzene <br />
