I <br /> . t <br /> An"Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site.Report" has not been filed <br /> for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if you find site closure certification is necessary, <br /> PHS/EHD would'not be able to provide it without further site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility,PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California <br /> Water Resources,,Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
