Based on this review, recommendations <br /> for-=the Site�are-provi°d'ed. <br /> UST Removal and Soil Sampling <br /> Four USTs were removed from.the Site in March of 1988. These tanks included two 500- <br /> gallon waste oil tanks (identified as -1-WO and 2-WO) one 1,000-ga°llon unleaded fuel tank <br /> (3=UNL) and one 1000-gal-lon fuel tank (4=UNK). One soil-sample was collected from,each <br /> excavation during the removal of the tanks. . As-summarized in Table 1, .petroleum , <br /> hydrocarbons were only detected-in ore- of the soil samples collected from the waste oil tank <br /> located underlying the sidewalk on Huntei Sfreet at the southwest comer of-the--property. No <br /> benzene toluene, ethyl.benzene; or Xylenes (BTEX) was-detected in -any of the soils samples. <br />
