Conduct a survey of all possible sensitive receptors within 2000 feet of the release. <br /> 3. Laboratory analysis of soil and groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons, BTEX, and fuel <br /> oxygenating compounds. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 . Based on analytical results of the grab groundwater sample taken from G-2, PHS/EHD recommends <br /> installing another monitoring well in the vicinity of G-2 for monitoring impacted groundwater south of the <br /> former UST location. <br /> 2. Submit to San Joaquin aunty Environmental Health Division (EHD) a copy of the encroachment permit _ <br /> from the City of Stockton. <br /> 3.
