11 <br /> San Joaquin County sites <br /> I Page 2 <br /> 503 E. TENTH, TRACY <br /> The contamination in the soil and groundwater appears to be defined at this site . A feasibility <br /> study for remedial alternatives is to be submitted to PHS/EHD . <br /> 392 S. MOFFAT, MANTECA <br /> Installation of three monitoring wells has been approved . The well permit application and permit <br /> fees must be submitted . Once the permits are issued , the well installation can be scheduled . <br /> Once the monitoring wells have been installed , quarterly monitoring, groundwater sampling and <br /> reporting must be initiated . The report of the monitoring well installation should include the <br /> results of the well survey that has also been approved . <br /> 222 E. WEBER, STOCKTON <br /> A groundwater investigation must be conducted . A work plan to investigate contaminant impact <br /> to groundwater should be submitted by July 10 , 2000 . Soil and groundwater samples must be <br /> analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline, Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, <br /> Xylene (BTEX), MTBE, TAME, ETBE, DIPE, and TBA using appropriate laboratory methods . <br /> 130 N . HUNTER, STOCKTON <br /> A groundwater investigation must be conducted. A work plan to investigate contaminant impact <br /> to groundwater should be submitted by July 17 , 2000. Soil and groundwater samples must be <br /> analyzed for TPH as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel , as well as BTEX, MTBE, TAME , ETBE, <br /> DIPE, and TBA using appropriate laboratory methods. <br /> After groundwater investigations at 222 E. Weber and 130 N .
