Therefore, comments outlined in the August 101 <br /> 1995 letter were focused on the following compliance issues . <br /> Proof of financial responsibility for the active tank sites has been received by Ms . <br /> L. T. Briggs . <br /> The Monitoring and Response Plan ( MRP) for 1810 E . Hazelton Avenue was <br /> discussed and Mr. Dishman will complete and submit the required MRP to Ms . <br /> Briggs . <br /> Five (5) tank sites must be given the highest priority for removal in order to <br /> regain compliance with the California Health and Safety Code : <br /> 24 S . Hunter Street One ( 1 ) UST <br /> 130 N . Hunter Street Two (2) USTs <br /> 222 E . Weber Avenue One ( 1 ) UST <br /> 999 W. Mathews Road One ( 1 ) UST <br /> PHS- EHD has agreed to prepare the following proposed bid specification details for <br /> each of the above priority UST removals in order to expedite the request for bid <br /> process, and to maximize effective mitigative measures wherever prudent. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
