The following were participants in the discussions: <br /> Jim Leonard General Services Diane Hinson , PHS/EHD <br /> Dan DeAngelis Stockton Airport Michael Infurna, PHS/EHD <br /> Frank Dishman Motor Pool Mary Meays, PHS/EHD <br /> Craig Ogata General Services Letitia Briggs , PHS/EHD <br /> Joe Ramage IT Carp <br /> David Fisch Fisch Environmental <br /> The following is a summary of the sites discussed and the regulatory directives related to each site. <br /> Enclosed is a meeting participation record for your referral. <br /> Current Tank Compliance <br /> Letitia Briggs indicated that tanks located on the following San Joaquin properties are out of <br /> compliance: <br /> Pac West, 5000 South Airport Way, Stockton : 1845-14/1005-01 (12, 000 gal UL gas) <br /> Courthouse, 222 East Weber, Stockton: 1285-01 ( 102000 gal UL gas) <br /> Canlis Building, 24 North Hunter, Stockton: 2372-01 ( 10, 000 gal diesel) <br /> Downtown Motor Pool, 130 North Hunter, Stockton : 1150-01 (8, 000 gal gas) <br /> 1150-02 (5 , 000 gal gas) <br /> Please be informed that all tank violations must be corrected by August 29 1995, Dan DeAngelis <br /> stated that he would contact Pac West to clarify San Joaquin County's responsibility regarding the <br /> continued operation of the tank.
