I � <br /> I� <br /> 13 Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report <br /> The methods and finding of the proposed work will be presented in a Preliminary Investigation and <br /> Evaluation Report (PIER) . The PIER will be prepared and stamped by a state of California <br /> Registered Geologist. Copies will be submitted to PHS/EHD and RWQCB . <br /> In addition to a standard discussion of methods , the report will include the following : <br /> • Site location map and site plan ; <br /> • Maps and/or cross sections depicting the extent of impacted soil and groundwater; <br /> • Tables summarizing cumulative analytical data ; <br /> • Soil boring logs ; <br /> • Recommendations for future environmental corrective action and/or regulatory closure. <br /> 8 <br />
