Civil engineer's signature and stamp on each sheet. J- Plans prepared on 24'x 36'sheets of cloth or vellum material. 2. Sheet 2- Property Information a. Property limits and accurate contours of existing ground Including trees and structures within 15'of the property which may be affected by the proposed grading operation. b. Details of the terrain and area drainage. 3. Sheet 3-Dimensions,Elevations and Contours a. Limiting dimensions,elevations or finish contours to be achieved by the grading and proposed drainage channels and related construction. 4. Sheet 4-Drainage a. Detail plans of all surface and subsurface drainage devises,wall,cribbing,dams and other protective devises to be constructed with or as part of the proposed work. b. Drainage area and estimated run off of areas served by any drains(Drainage Plan). 5. Sheet 5-Details of Structures a. Details of any retaining structures. b. Details of any drainage structures. 6. Construction and Material Requirements a. Specifications regarding construction and material requirements. 7. Soils Engineers Report a. Data regarding the nature, distribution and strength of existing soils. b. Recommendations for grading procedures, including slope stability. 8. Engineered Geology Report a. An adequate description of the geology of the site. b. Conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of geologic conditions on the proposed development. C. Opinions and recommendations covering the adequacy of sites to be developed by the proposed grading. 9. Bonding a.
