This letter <br /> serves as a notification that there still may be hazardous materials/waste at or on the <br /> property that may pose a detriment to the health and safety of any future occupants of <br /> these premises. <br /> PHS/EHD requires that an assessment of the dwelling and septic system be conducted '. <br /> by a certified industrial hygienist to evaluate and certify the structure safe for <br /> occupancy.
