During the course of a Phase I ESA, we <br /> found evidence that a dry cleaning facility operated at the site for over 10 years. <br /> The ESA recommended a soil boring to collect a groundwater sample. The <br /> sample will be tested for the presence of chlorinated solvents. <br /> I need to get a drilling permit for the boring and have attached a Work Plan as <br /> well as other pertinent documents as well as a check to cover the EHD oversight <br /> costs. The owner of the property, Harjinder Hundal, also occupies the Tokay <br /> Market located in the strip mall. <br /> Please have one of your staff review the information and issue a drilling permit. <br /> If possible, I would like to have Harlin Knoll assigned to this case.
