It has been brought to <br /> our attention by the owner that he has another leak on a penetration in his 91 STP sump. We would like to add this <br /> repair to the existing permit that we have for the UDC. Service Request#0079123. <br /> The Scope of Work for this repair will be as follows; <br /> Scope of Work <br /> ? Cut and break out section of Concrete at 91 tank pad to access leaking electrical penetration. <br /> ? Remove existing blue line penetration and install Bravo double wall retrofit fitting, PT No F-07-Retrofit-SD-AB <br /> (Cut Sheet attached). <br /> ? Perform 24 hr vacuum test <br /> ? Backfill and replace Concrete <br /> It will be the same crew as approved on the original permit so all certificating would apply. <br /> Douglas M.
