The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at(209)953-7699 to arrange the following appointments(a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Witness soil sampling below the removed UDC and piping and receive laboratory analytical <br /> results; receive all appropriate waste disposal documentation <br /> • Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test for all piping, at 110%of operating pressure, <br /> or 40 psi,whichever is greater. <br /> • Witness all UDC installation pretests and brine addition per the manufacturer's installation instructions. <br /> Secondary piping soap test and piping slope: One hour pressure test for all piping, per manufacturer's <br /> guidelines. If there are no manufacturer's guidelines,test shall be performed using an applicable <br /> method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br /> Sensor functionality and brine/vacuum communications for UDC 5/6 and all impacted piping/ <br /> components: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that monitoring <br /> has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the <br /> Health&Safety Code. If it is determined that a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm <br /> history shall be printed prior to performing the"cold start"of the monitoring system and made <br /> available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> • Verification of the dispenser footprint contained by the UDC and visual piping inspection within the UDC <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD inspection <br /> and approval. <br /> 1868 E.
