The interstitial space of UDC 5/6 sha <br /> be maintained, as designed, under constant vacuum such that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is <br /> detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment. Communication in the 87-, 91-, and <br /> diesel product fill sumps, as well as vacuum sensor monitoring of the secondary containment piping of the <br /> vacuurn1pressure/hydrostatic(VPH) system were not tested during the inspection today. The interstitial space of the <br /> UST shall be maintained, as designed, under constant vacuum such that a breach in the primary or secondary <br /> containment is detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment.
