The permit has been approved with
the following conditions:
1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control
District for any applicable permits and requirements.
2. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection
appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be
aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit
approval.
a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to
ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23
California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code.
b. Verify communication in the 87-, 91- and diesel-product fill and STP sumps and UDC
5/6.
c. Verify vacuum sensor monitoring of the secondary containment piping of the VPH
system since this was not tested during the annual monitoring system certification
testing on August 24, 2016.
