No water tight sump shield, shroud boots, or clamps were available for the newly installed 91 Fill sump, also, no above components were present on the 87, or diesel fill sumps. Mr. Angle indicated that these components were never installed and he was not told by the prior inspectors that these components are required. Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. Contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the secondary containment construction deficiencies at this site. This is a repeat violation, Class ll. Overall Inspection Comments: Onsite for a billable reinspection to address some of the items not tested due to repairs involving 91 Fill Sump (SR0079123) during the routine monitoring system certification conducted on 8-30-2018.
