All work associated with the UDC 5/6 repair has been inspected and the following are the remaing <br /> inspections associated with the 91 Fill sump replacement(no spill container/drop tube modifications have been <br /> proposed or approved as part of this permit).The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at(209)468-3440 to arrange the following appointments(a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Intergrity testing of the replaced 91-octane fill sump per the manufacturer's installation instructions <br /> prior to backfill. <br /> • Verification of 91-octane fill sump brine type and brine addition. <br /> • Verification of brine 91-octane fill sump sensor functionality and brine communication in operating condition. <br /> • Verification of brine level and brine sensor functionality in 91-octane UST in operating condition. <br /> Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to all impacted components to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health&Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall <br /> be printed prior to performing the"cold start"of the monitoring system and made available at the <br /> time of EHD inspection. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the 91-octane UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 1868 E.
