f
Tony Gonzales Trucking - 3 - 3 December 2008
1855 Jackson Ave., Escalon
i 4
groundwater would not be impacted nearly 20 years after discovery of the release was proven
correct by the non-detect water sample results during the January 2008 grab groundwater
sampling, and that minimal threats exist from:residual soil contamination to water quality or to
occupants of the nearby residences from vapor intrusion. There are no sensitive receptors
located within 1 ,200 feet of the Site, including water supply wells (domestic nor municipal). The
required public participation comment period was conducted without any adverse comments.
Staff recommends consideration of a low risk'Site closure with no further action required.
t
Enclosures- Figure 1 Site Location
Figure 2 Borings Locations_
Figure 3 Cross-Section
Photographs (2)
