(Ground Zero) has prepared this report on behalf of Vicki Mello for <br /> Tony Gonzales Trucking to summarize subsurface investigation activities conducted at the subject <br /> property. The site location is shown on Figure 1. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> ' 1.1 Purpose <br /> The purpose of the work described herein was to investigate the lateral and vertical extent of soil <br /> ' contamination and to determine if groundwater has been impacted by an unauthorized release from <br /> the underground storage tanks(USTs) formerly located at the facility. <br /> ' 1.3 Resources <br /> ' Sean Garvey, a Ground Zero geologist, directed fieldwork on November 20 and 21, 2000. Mr. <br /> ' Marty Hartzell of Regional Water Quality Control Board(CRWQCB)observed field activities. Ms. <br /> Lori Duncan of San Joaquin County Public Health Services/Environmental Health Division <br /> ' (PHS/EHD) also observed field activities and conducted the grout inspection. Spectrum <br /> Exploration (Spectrum), a State-licensed drilling company (C57-512268) performed drilling <br /> services. Argon Laboratories, Inc.
