• •
I'm Heather Shaddox with Neil O.Anderson &Associates and will be developing a Work
Plan with our Environmental Division Manger, Daniel Kramer, for sampling our current
dry wells and installing an appropriate waste water disposal system. I have a few
preliminary questions about the process and Work Plan:
• Is it correct that a Work Plan is required? Will we receive documentation
stating what is required?
• Should the Work Plan address sampling the current dry well and installing
an appropriate disposal system? Should it address anything else?
• We plan to test groundwater samples for pH, Heavy Metals(including
Chromium),and Total Dissolved Solids. Is this adequate?
• Does the Work Plan need to be reviewed and approved prior to sampling
and installation activities?
We very much appreciate your assistance in answering these questions to ensure that
we are in full compliance as soon as possible. If you prefer to address these questions by
phone, please call me or Daniel Kramer at our office(209.367.3701)or my direct line
(209.333.5744). Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
NEIL O.ANDERSON&ASSOCIATES,INC.
Heather Shaddox
Staff Geologist
209.367.3701
Fax 209.333.8303
902 Industrial Way • Lodi, CA 95240
<Image001.gIf>CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This communication and any accompanying document(s)
are confidential and privileged.
