ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES <br /> 902 INDUSTRIAL WAY <br /> LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> iThis work plan presents the approaches and methodologies proposed to close and investigate <br /> non-permitted waste water disposal at Neil 0. Anderson &Associate's (NOA) Lodi Office in Lodi, <br /> San Joaquin County, California. NOA's Lodi Office contains an on-site Fog Curing Concrete <br /> System with drainage to two (2) exterior drywells. The San Joaquin Environmental Health <br /> ' Department (EHD) inspected this waste water disposal system on March 6, 2014 and deemed it <br /> unsuitable. This work plan is being conducted per correspondence with the San Joaquin <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) directly following the site visit. The correspondence <br /> conveyed the need to develop a work plan for EHD review that includes an investigation to <br /> ' determine the presence or absence of contamination, drywell closure activities, and an <br /> alternative waste water disposal system.
