1 <br /> J ) � <br /> ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation — Soil Boring for Collection of Air Sample <br /> 724 North Hunter Street, Stockton, California <br /> APN: 139-056-120 <br /> I, `2472A`70 1 �operty owner or authorized representative of parcel 139-056-120, <br /> do hereby grant permission to Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) to advance one (1), 4- <br /> inch diameter soil borings under San Joaquin County permit at 724 North Hunter Street, Stockton, <br /> California. The proposed work is being performed under a directive issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board to investigate petroleum-impacted soil and groundwater at <br /> 715 North Hunter Street. The scope of work will include the following: <br /> Advancement of one, 4-inch diameter soil boring to a total depth of 6 feet below surface grade <br /> (bsg). The proposed soil boring will be installed using a hand auger tool. The soil boring will be <br /> utilized for collection of a shallow air sample at a depth of 5 feet bsg. The air sample will be used <br /> to investigate historical leaking underground storage tanks previously installed at 715 North <br /> Hunter Street, Stockton, California. <br /> Upon completion of the soil boring and collection of air samples, the proposed soil boring will be <br /> abandoned by backfilling with a Portland cement and the surface will be returned to the original <br /> condition. <br /> All costs for performance of the above subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of <br /> the RMB Garage, 715 North Hunter Street, Stockton, California. The RMB Garage are solely <br /> responsible for all costs and expenses for all investigation(s) associated with contamination <br /> associated with the leaking underground storage tanks formerly located at 715 N. Hunter Street, <br /> Stockton, California. Any work performed at 715 N. Hunter Street, Stockton, California shall be <br /> conducted under San Joaquin County permit and in accordance Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board regulations. <br /> Copies of all testing and/or reporting for any investigation or testing performed at 715 North Hunter <br /> Street, Stockton, California can be forwarded upon request.
