Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the destination <br /> facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of the <br /> manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was <br /> submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter the generator shall submit a <br /> legible copy of the missing manifest, with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery <br /> This information shall be submitted to <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P O Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC. Submit <br /> to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7(f) Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Six totes which previously held tack oil were observed in the bunker storage area with no empty labeling. Containers <br /> larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 605 CCR 66262 34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> -Liquid and saturated rags were observed accumulated in the fill boxes at the gasoline and diesel tanks with no <br /> hazardous waste labeling. <br /> -A 55 gallon black steel drum of absorbent and solids was observed in the hazardous waste storage container with no <br /> hazardous property or physical state marked. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information <br /> the words "Hazardous Waste <br /> name and address of generator <br /> hazardous properties (ignitable. corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> composition (contents) <br /> accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br />
