� v <br /> ri �c <br /> A S S O C I A T E S I N C <br /> ' Vapor Extraction and Air Sparge <br /> Pilot Test Results <br /> 1 And Feasibility Study <br /> at <br /> Farmer Property <br /> 610 North Hunter Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' On behalf of Mr and Mrs Raymond Farmer, ATC Associates Inc has prepared this report for <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (PHS/EHD), <br /> which summarizes results of vapor extraction/air sparge pilot testing performed at Farmer <br /> Property located at 610 North Hunter Street in Stockton, California The testing was performed <br /> to evaluate if vapor extraction and air sparg>ng are viable remedial options for remediating <br /> petroleum impacted soil and groundwater in the vicinity of the former underground storage tanks <br />' (USTs) <br /> The scope of work for this study included performing one long-term vapor extraction pilot test, <br />' performing a short-term air sparge pilot test, performing a combination vapor extraction/air <br /> sparge pilot test, collecting air sparge and vapor extraction response data, collecting groundwater <br /> and vapor samples for laboratory analysis, and preparing this report This report describes test <br /> methods, presents field and laboratory data, and presents conclusions concerning the feasibility <br /> of utilizing air sparging and vapor extraction to reduce gasoline hydrocarbon concentrations at <br /> the site <br />' ATC has alsore ared a <br /> p p feasibility study for the site The feasibility study contains an <br /> evaluation of remedial action alternatives for the remediation of impacted soil and groundwater <br /> beneath the site <br /> 1.1 Site Location <br /> The site is located on the north side of Oak Street and the east side of Hunter Street, Stockton, <br />' California, as shown on Figure 1 The Iocation is a commercial and residential area <br /> W 1625961reportslpilotcap doc I <br /> 1 <br />
