Defendant, in the course of defendant's property ownership and building activities, <br /> 5 is pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204, hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 6 3a. Violation of San Joaquin County Ordinances Chapter 9-1115, Water Well and <br /> 7 Well Drilling Regulations. <br /> 8 4.
