C A M B R I A Mr. Harlin Knoll <br /> October 7, 1998 <br /> Chemical Analysis: Selected soil samples will be analyzed in accordance with Shell Oil Products <br /> Company's Waste Management Procedures (413-28) Minimum Soil Analysis for UST Soil with <br /> Gasoline or Diesel Contamination(Appendix B). <br /> Reporting: As discussed in a September 10, 1998 telephone conversation with Aubrey Cool of <br /> Cambria, we will submit the results of our soil characterization with the tank removal report which <br /> will, at a minimum, contain: <br /> A summary of the site background and history; <br /> • Descriptions of the sampling methods; <br /> • Tabulated soil analytical results; <br /> Analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms; <br /> • Soil handling methods;and, <br /> • A discussion of the hydrocarbon distribution in soil. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Upon receiving written approval of this work plan from the SJCPHS, Cambria will obtain the <br /> necessary permits and commence drilling. We plan to submit our tank removal report approximately <br /> four to six weeks after the UST removal activities are completed. <br /> 3 <br />
