An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, <br /> driveway access details, on-site parking, and grading, shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> 2. Frontage improvements are required on Schulte Road along the frontage of the <br /> parcel in conformance with County standards of a 60 foot right of way industrial <br /> street.
