The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall <br /> be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls . <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> 2. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> C . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> d. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br />
