An <br /> application package for the SWRCB UST Cleanup,Fund is enclosed. PHS/EHD site <br /> mitigation staff will assist you in completing the application if needed. <br /> The Fund does not cover the costs incurred for the removal, repair, retrofit or <br /> installation of USTs.
