Installation of geoprobe borings; and collection of soil and soil vapor samples. <br /> 2. Laboratory analysis of soil vapor samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as <br /> gasoline, BTEX, MTBE, TBA, ETBE,'DIPE, TAME, ethanol,.and isopropyl alcohol by <br /> appropriate EPA methods and of soil samples for density, organic carbon content, <br /> soil moisture, effective permeability, porosity and grain size. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Submit an Environmental Health Department (EHD) well permit application, $89 <br /> permit fee and $315 inspection fees. Once the well permit has been approved, <br /> notify EHD of the proposed schedule for the work. <br /> 2.
