(Condor) at the above referenced site (Figure 1, attached)
• on March 27, 2006. This report has been submitted to the SJCEHD and the California Regional Water
Quality Control Board (CRWQCB). The following are shown in Figures 1 through 5, which are attached
to this report:
• site location
• site map
• groundwater elevation contours
• monitoring well methyl tertiary-butyl ether(MTBE)concentrations
• a graph of MTBE concentrations in selected monitoring wells over time
Also attached are the following:
• site background information
• historical groundwater monitoring data
• groundwater monitoring field forms
• laboratory analytical results
FIELD OBSERVATIONS
On March 27, 2006, a Condor representative was on site to measure water levels and collect groundwater
samples from monitoring wells MW-2, MW-3, MW-4R, MW-6 through MW-11, and EW-1. The
locations of the monitoring wells are shown in Figure 2, attached. Field observations included water level
measurement, appearance of samples (color, clarity, and presence of petroleum product sheen or phase in
samples), and collection of water quality field parameters. No floating product, sheen, or petroleum odor
was observed in the groundwater inspection samples from the monitoring wells. Field observations are
4M
to CONDOP
