Main Street
Manteca, California
Client: Dale Boyett
Boyett Petroleum
P.O. Box 576277
Modesto, CA 95357
Primary Agency: Jeffrey Wong, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)
This fourth quarter 2005 groundwater monitoring report includes a description of groundwater monitoring 1
conducted by Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. (Condor) at the above referenced site (Figure 1, attached) 1
• on December 28, 2005. This report has been submitted to the SJCEHD and the California Regional Water
Quality Control Board (CRWQCB). The following are shown in Figures i through 5, which are attached "
to this report:
• site location
• site map
r
• groundwater elevation contours
• monitoring well methyl tertiary-butyl ether(MTBE)concentrations
• a graph of MTBE concentrations in selected monitoring wells over time
Also attached are the following:
• site background information
• historical groundwater monitoring data
• groundwater monitoring field forms
• laboratory analytical results
FIELD OBSERVATIONS
On December 28, 2005, a Condor representative was on site to measure water levels and collect
groundwater samples from monitoring wells MW-2, MW-3,MW-4R, MW-6 through MW-11, and EW-1.
The locations of the monitoring wells are shown in Figure 2, attached. Field observations included water
level measurement, appearance of samples (color, clarity, and presence of petroleum product sheen or
phase in samples), and collection of water quality field parameters. No floating product, sheen, or
• petroleum odor was observed in the groundwater inspection samples from the monitoring wells. Field
ILA CONDOR
