BTEX=benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene,and total xylenes.
mg/L:parts per million(ppm). TPH-C,=total petroleum hydrocarbons,quantified as gasoline.
MTBE=methyl tertiary-butyl ether.
Other oxygenates/additives=ethanol(EtOH),tertiary-butanol(TSA),di-isopropyl ether(D1PE),
ethyl tertiary-butyl ether(ETRE),tertiary-amy! methyl ether(TAME), 1,2-dichloromethane (1,2-
DCA),and 1,2-dibromoethane(EDB).
Laboratory analytical results indicate that BTEX constituents, gasoline oxygenates/additives other than
MTBE, and TPH-G were not detected at or above the laboratory reported detection limits in the
groundwater samples collected from the monitoring wells. MTBE was detected in the groundwater
samples collected from MW-4R, MW-7, MW-9, MW-10, MW-11, and EW-1. MTBE was not detected at
or above the laboratory reported detection limit of 0.5 iig/L in the groundwater samples collected from
MW-2, MW-3, MW-6, and MW-8.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Condor recommends continuation of quarterly groundwater monitoring at the Site.
LIMITATIONS
This report was prepared under the direct supervision of a Registered Geologist in the State of California.
The standard of care for all services performed or furnished by Condor is commensurate with the care and
skill ordinarily used by a member of the environmental profession practicing under similar conditions at
the same time in the same locality. Condor is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of
information collected and developed by others.
+i1 CONDOR
