Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> display case--41.00°F 2 comp--120.00°F <br /> walk-in--41.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was not aware of the complaint prior to my visit. <br /> I observed meat department that has display refrigerator in use. <br /> Per manager meat comes from another facility. <br /> Manager stated some meat is cut at facility. <br /> Meat prep area has 2 comp sink, hand sink,walk-in. <br /> Water heater is 19 gallons. <br /> Operator to submit 2 hour plan check for placement of equipment(sinks,water heater etc)for meat department. <br /> Food Manager certificate is lacking. Provide (if meat department is to be utilized) <br /> 3 comp sink is lacking.
