The SDHR shall make the following changes to the RDIP prior to <br /> submitting one copy to the designated repository identified in the Final Remedial Action <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Include the following information on the Work Notification form (Appendix D of <br /> the RDIP): Ms. Heidi Nelson, DTSC Public Participation Specialist, Phone <br /> Number (916) 255-3575. Also, identify the timeframe for the cleanup activities to <br /> take place as the months of March and April, 2004, <br /> Upon completion of remedial activities at the site please submit a report documenting <br /> field activities including any deviations from the Final RDIP.
