DTSC will expedite <br /> review and approval of submittals related to the RDIP when possible with the following caveats: <br /> • The amended RDIP submittal adequately addresses the comments provided in DTSC's <br /> March 4, 2004 letter; <br /> • DTSC is able to obtain reviews of submitted documents from necessary internal support <br /> groups within the schedule's time frames; <br /> • The Final RDIP includes a final site specific Health and Safety Plan that is acceptable to <br /> DTSC; <br /> • A start work notification and mailing list must be submitted to DTSC's Public <br /> Participation Specialist for approval in advance of the proposed Schedule date; <br /> • DTSC is provided with an evaluation of the analytical results for confirmation samples <br /> for soils indicating compliance with the applicable cleanup levels prior to initiating the <br /> proposed construction activities on April 1, 2004. <br /> If you have any questions regarding the above comments, please contact me at <br /> (916) 255-3744 or by email at Jlile(a-)-dtsc.ca.gov. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jerry ' e <br /> Project Manager <br /> 0 Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
